PEOPLE: Gluten Free Snacks Based on Black Rice

A new study shows that a spoonful of black rice bran or 10 spoonfuls of cooked black rice contains the same amount of antioxidants as a spoonful of fresh blueberries. Read more on CNN. I'm excited to introduce Black Rice Crunch to adventurous eaters.

Another goal of The Nutless Professor is to experience and document the costs to start an artisan food business, which I'll be writing about in my blog and upcoming book.
